I was trying to check out, but I couldn’t use my usual payment method. It was annoying, annoying enough that it made the whole process feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

I ordered the wrong size and sent it back, then got the replacement about a week later. Smooth overall. I’ve noticed with exchanges it usually comes down to whether the return steps are clear and how fast the new item ships, and this one checked both boxes well enough for me.

I ordered from jackwolfskin.com and the tracking was frustrating. It barely changed for days, so I had no clue where my parcel actually was or when to expect it. Then it just suddenly turned up. The product itself was fine, but the lack of clear delivery updates was really annoying.

The return process was just really slow and kinda annoying. I figured it’d be simple, but it dragged on way longer than expected.

I had to get in touch with Jack Wolfskin about a delivery question, and I think they got back to me the next day. The person who replied was friendly, and it actually felt like they read my message instead of just sending one of those generic copy-and-paste answers.
I’m giving 4 stars mostly because, if I’m being honest, it probably could’ve been a little quicker. But the issue was sorted without any real hassle, so overall I’d say it was a decent experience

The jacket looks good overall, but it’s not as warm as I was hoping. I wore it around on a chilly day and could still feel the cold coming through, so the insulation feels a bit weak to me.

I picked up a Jack Wolfskin jacket last year and really liked it at the beginning. It was comfortable, fit well, and was great for chilly walks to the shop or taking the dog out in the drizzle. It’s still wearable, and I haven’t thrown it in the back of the closet or anything, but for what I paid, I expected it to last better. Not a terrible jacket, just a little disappointing.

The shoes were comfortable straight out of the box and didn’t rub at all, even on the first long walk, which I think says a lot. The jacket is lightweight but still warm enough for everyday use, so it feels like a really practical buy. Delivery was smooth too. Overall, I’d say it was well worth the money.
